We are in search of an experienced and professional International Education Consultant to join our dedicated team in Lagos, Nigeria.
Job Description
As an International Education Consultant for America and Oceania, you will be responsible for counselling, advising and enrolling international students in their choice or the best recommended pathway programs at world-class academic institutions in the continents of America and Oceania. You will be focusing in countries such as U.S, Canada, and Australia; e.t.c.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Counsel and recruit international students into the right academic pathway and institution.
* Book and administer consultancy meetings with education and travel clients both on Zoom and office.
* Make contacts and forge business partnership with academic institutions in the in the U.S, Canada, and Australia.
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned including and not limited to core duties and responsibilities.
* Administer and secure students’ admission, accommodation, and study visas into universities and colleges in the U.S, Canada, and Australia.
* Organise and participate in workshops, seminars and international education fairs designed to guide students, create awareness, and promote the brand.

* BSc in Education or relevant field.
* At least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
* Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for work experience on a year for year basis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
* Ability to communicate fluently in English language.
* Skill in organising resources, establishing priorities, and working efficiently.
* Ability to provide independent advice and guidance to international students within area of expertise.
* Knowledge of federal and state education programs and/or programs associated with the area of focus.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an ethnically diverse and international environment.
* Knowledge and understanding of the needs of international students and how to apply the principles and techniques of assessment and counselorship.
