We are in search of talented, experienced and professional Digital Marketer to join our dedicated team in Lagos, Nigeria.

 

    Job Description

As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for creating, planning and implementing extensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms such as social media, email, search engines, and websites. Generating marketing leads by monitoring social media networks for trends and reporting to the top management will also be part of you job.

 

   Duties and Responsibilities

* Develop new social media strategies and campaigns.

* Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns.

* Create engaging and informative blog content for attracting and retaining audience attention.

* Execute research and identify ways to build our brand and acquire new clients through social media.

* Manage the budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.

* Maximise audience engagement and reach target market by skilfully manipulating social media algorithms.

* Collaborate with colleagues from across marketing and sales departments to ensure branding is consistent.

* Promote packages, services and content over social media, in line with our brand and social media strategy.

* Build brand awareness and recognition on digital platforms through strategic positioning, messaging, and storytelling.

* Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviours and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and insights.

* Strategise campaign objectives, target audience segmentation, messaging, and content creation to achieve desired marketing goals.

* Meet with clients and other stakeholders such as social media influencers with the possibility of pitching potential marketing campaigns.

* Analyse campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and make appropriate adjustments to meet marketing goals.

* Organise and running marketing campaigns over social media platforms (such as: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat).

* BSc in Marketing, Business Journalism, or Media.

* At least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for work experience on a year for year basis.

 

   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

* Analytical abilities.

* Expertise in Google Analytics.

* Experience with PPC campaigns.

* Organisational and problem solving skills.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft office.

* Ability to communicate fluently in English language.

* Very good knowledge of online marketing channels.

* Work experience as a digital marketer or similar role.

* Skill in organising resources, establishing priorities, and working efficiently.

* Ability to work effectively in an ethnically diverse and international environment.
